Horizontal Inbound Wiggle

This filter is a variation of the Horizontal Wiggle filter that moves only the rocker points of a selected shape in a horizontal fashion.

The amount slider lets you vary the randomness from -100% to 100%.   At 100%, a point may be moved a random amount that can be as much as 100% of the maximum dimension of the shape's bounding box.
